Jira Notifications mysteriously stopped

I have added Jira by Zoom from the Marketplace: App Marketplace

Today, our Customer Service team noted that tickets were still coming in but the notifications stopped. I checked the configuration and it looked good! It would be best to be able to rely on this app - any notes on how I could proceed with Root Cause Investigation?

I had the same issue and found that reauthorizing the webhook with updated permissions fixed it. Also double-check that the events are still selected and haven’t been reset.
