Join Before Host for Cust user in zoomMeeting

Description
Hi, i have created a cust user through API with user type 1 and 2 , then I updated user settings “join_before_host: true” through API.
Then I created Zoom meeting through API With “join_before_host: true”
meeting is created successfully for both the users
but, Participant is not able to join before host.

*Error
Participant is not able to join before host.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Hi @Vidya this setting would be overridden if it is locked at an Account or Group level. Can you confirm if this is set?
