Joining zoom meeting as a host using websdk does not start video

I am seeing a weird behavior on web sdk wherein if I join the meeting as a host. If we turn on video the other person is not able to see the video. The video starts when I join through desktop app and then make the user joining from web the host.

Any inputs on this problem are much appreciating.

Using the websdk join as host.

I generated the signature with role 1. If I join from desktop app, the video of the host works fine. If I join from the web app, even though my video starts I do not see the video on the other side.
