Host video panel is showing black screen

The host’s video stream is just black screen when running the Web Meeting SDK.

The host video camera is activated so it’s a problem rendering the video stream.

The DevTools only shows this error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Web Meeting SDK with Video as host
  2. Get black screen instead of host’s video
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2
  • Browser: Microsoft Edge
  • Browser Version 93.0.961.47

Hi,

Please update to the latest version of the web SDK (1.9.8) and check to see if the issue still occurs. Also, please check to see that your web page and resources are loading under HTTPS.

Yes @rgcarcedozoom , please upgrade to version 1.9.8, or version 1.9.9 being released tonight: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog
