Joint a meeting API and send message on meeting chat API

Hello Zoom,
I have integrated zoom meeting into my web app such that we a user start a meeting on zoom, the meeting will be hosted on my web app. Now I want to be able to create a user that will joint the meeting and read chat from the meeting. I have been reading on zoom API reference documentation and I did not found any api that i will use to joint the meeting and send messages on meeting chat

Currently we do not have any APIs for in Meeting Chat.
