JWT App for Zoom for Zendesk Integration

Hi. I changed my email signin and I can’t use Zoom for Zendesk Integration. I receive error in attachment (integration is linked to my previous email and I don’t know how to change it). I tried to reconfigure but nothing. I can’t create new JWT app.

Can you try regenerating your JWT Secret in your JWT App settings?

Please email developersupport@zoom.us with your Zoom account ID and email used to create the JWT App and we will get this fixed.
