JWT app migration if using a third party app - Jumpcloud

Hi,

As JWT apps to be deprecated on 1st September and users won’t be able to use the JWT apps in zoom, I would like to know the steps to take if we are using a third party app for zoom. Currently, I am using an app named - Jumpcloud as JWT token. As it is not listed in zoom internal apps, i am not sure about the steps i need to take.

Can anyone help me out on this?

You will have to react out to Jumpcloud’s developer. Since we did not develop that app we do not have a workaround.
