One of our clients uses a virtual platform called 6Connex, which has a JWT-based integration with Zoom allowing for data pass between the two platforms. The data pass is used to transfer attendees’ names from 6Connex to Zoom meetings.
I understand that JWT will be deprecated starting from June. Our client has a big event this April which relies critically on that data pass. Will it be affected. Kindly urgently advise.
Thanks for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum and welcome to our community!
If the event you are having is in April, you won’t be affected.
But make sure to start implementing the migration from the JWT app to a Server to-Server OAuth app after that to avoid any issues in the future.
I hope you had a great weekend, and thank you for the reassurance. Will make sure to forward your advice to the concerned parties.
