Hey @Serlok,
Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. In order to make requests on behalf of another user on a different account, you’ll want to have them install an OAuth App that you’ve published on the Zoom Marketplace.
In that fashion, you can call the API on behalf of another user and the rate limit will apply to that user and that account specifically.
