License Requirements and Trial Options for Integrating Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center with Salesforce

Hello Zoom Team,

I am working on integrating Zoom with Salesforce to enable direct phone calling from within the Salesforce environment. I have a few questions regarding this integration:

  • Trial License: Is there a free trial license available specifically for Zoom Phone and Contact Center that would allow me to test this integration before committing to a full license?

  • Is Zoom Contact Center only available in the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland?

  • Is Zoom Phone available in Korea?

Any guidance or additional tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
