Update: Porting the code to a Win32 application didn’t help either. still getting count as 0

we found the root cause. this is a bug of us. we will fix this in next window sdk release. now workaround, please set IMeetingParticipantsCtrlEvent callback object to us with ZOOM_SDK_NAMESPACE.IMeetingParticipantsController.SetEvent api.
