Locked conflicting settings

When locking a setting, some users may still have different values based on the groups and order they were assigned.
Can I be 100% sure that the endpoint usersettings

retrieve the actual value taking into consideration the actual user status?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. To make sure that I understand, you’re seeing that calls to the Get User Settings API don’t reflect what values are locked on the Account Settings?

Are you able to provide some use cases where these get out of sync?
