LTI PRO - Login reflected back to web portal


The only issue we have with the LTI Pro with our LMS is that when an Instructor uses the LTI their sign in isn’t reflected back to the web portal. LMS email address and Zoom email address match, and they can access their Zoom account to schedule meetings and start them, Zoom Dashboard reflects this as well, but the Zoom web portal does not.

If they only use the LTI Pro it looks like they haven’t signed into their Zoom account in years. Which isn’t good because our Admins like to downgrade accounts if users haven’t signed in for more than a year.
