I’m writing regarding an urgent domain verification blocker for our app store submission in partnership with Recall.ai.
Key points:
We need manual domain verification as we don’t own the Recall.ai domain
A colleague has already completed this process but it only shows as verified inside of his account instead of mine when it should be organisation-wide (you should be able to check and just automatically approve this for our account)
This is blocking our customers’ Zoom integration
This situation is particularly frustrating as we’ve already gone through the verification process. The current individual-only approval is counterintuitive and causing unnecessary delays.
We request:
Urgent manual domain review
Beta approval to proceed with development
Our customers are directly impacted by this delay. Your immediate attention would be greatly appreciated.

Please check your messages for a response. I do not believe we should have to be doing this again as we’ve already done it. For some reason when you verify domains you are doing it on the user level not the org level.
Apps are validated for the app. It has nothing to do with a user-per-user basis. Only the App creator can submit an app; collaborators cannot. That might be why you are trying to validate this for another user.
