Manual domain validation request for Render-hosted Zoom App

Hello Zoom Marketplace team,

I am submitting a Zoom App for review and need manual domain validation.

Explanation:
The app is hosted on Render using the managed subdomain el-sol-zoom-teacher-panel.onrender.com. We do not own the parent domain onrender.com and cannot add DNS TXT records or meta tags at the parent domain level. We control the deployed application and files served from this specific Render service URL.

The app is an unlisted Zoom App for controlled beta testing with language teachers. It runs inside Zoom Meetings and uses the Zoom App SDK to send teacher-approved lesson materials to the meeting chat. It does not record Zoom audio/video and does not store Zoom meeting data or Zoom OAuth tokens on the server.

Could you please advise how to complete manual domain validation for this Render-hosted app?
