Manual domain verification request for Render-hosted Marketplace app

Hello Zoom Marketplace team,

I need help with manual domain verification for my Zoom Marketplace app.

App name: Youyaku Bancho
App type: General App / Meeting SDK
Domain shown in Marketplace validation: onrender.com
Application URL: https://youyaku-bancho.onrender.com
OAuth Redirect URL: https://youyaku-bancho.onrender.com/api/zoom/oauth/callback
Legal and support URLs:

Reason manual verification is needed:
The application is hosted on Render using the managed subdomain https://youyaku-bancho.onrender.com. We control and operate this specific Render subdomain, but we cannot add DNS TXT records for the parent domain onrender.com because it is owned by Render. HTML file and meta tag verification are also not suitable for verifying ownership of the parent shared domain.

Could a Zoom Marketplace specialist assist with manual domain verification for this app?
