Manual Domain Verification - OAuth App

I cannot do a root level html domain verification because my website is hosted on Webflow and Webflow does not have the functionality to allow me to upload to the root level.

I could do a DNS TXT verification, or I could do a subdomain verification, but cannot do the html verification.

Can you please help me with manual domain verification?
