Hello Zoom Marketplace Team,

I am requesting manual domain verification for my Zoom OAuth app.

Domain to Verify: darelkubra.com

App Name: Darulkubra LMS

App Type: OAuth (Server-to-Server)

Submission Type: Don’t List on Marketplace (Internal Use Only)

Reason for Manual Verification:
Our Zoom integration application is hosted on the subdomain exam.darelkubra.com.
We do not have the ability to add HTML verification files to the root domain
darelkubra.com, nor do we have immediate access to update DNS TXT records.

About Our App:
We are an educational institution (Darulkubra Education) providing online Islamic
education. Our LMS integrates with Zoom to:

  • Automatically create virtual classroom meetings
  • Track teaching session durations for payroll calculations
  • Monitor student attendance
  • Provide administrative analytics

The app is for internal use by our teachers and administrators only.

Proof of Domain Ownership:
I can provide:

  • Verification email sent from ezedineabrahim111@gmail.com
  • Screenshots of our hosting/domain management dashboard
  • Any other documentation you require

First, please confirm whether your app is indeed a Server-to-Server OAuth app and not a General App. You can verify this by visiting https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/build and checking the Type column, if it shows Server-to-Server OAuth, domain validation is not required.

It’s possible that a General App was selected when creating the app, which would explain why you’re being asked to complete domain verification.

I have confirmed the app type - it is a General App (OAuth), not Server-to-Server OAuth. Domain verification is indeed required.
