Hello Zoom Marketplace team,

We are requesting manual domain verification for the domain:

dev-med-go.pantheonsite.io

This domain is currently used as the initial controlled environment for MedGo, a telemedicine platform hosted on Pantheon, for technical validation and Zoom Marketplace app submission.

We have administrative access to the WordPress website hosted at this address and use this domain to host the platform, legal documents, support page, and URLs required for the initial operation of the Zoom integration.

We attempted the automatic domain verification methods, but both returned incomplete verification data:

The meta tag method generated the following empty tag:

meta name=“zoom-domain-verification” content=“”

The HTML file method generated a file named only “.html”, with no content or valid verification identifier.

Because of this, we are unable to complete the automatic domain verification process.

We kindly request manual verification of the domain so we can continue with the Zoom Marketplace app review process.

After the full validation of the operation, MedGo may migrate to its own domain while maintaining the same security, privacy, and compliance standards.

How To Reproduce

  1. Open the Zoom App Marketplace submission page.
  2. Go to domain verification for dev-med-go.pantheonsite.io.
  3. Select the meta tag verification method.
  4. The generated meta tag appears with an empty content attribute.
  5. Go back and select the HTML file upload verification method.
  6. The generated file is named only “.html” and contains no verification content.
  7. Because both automatic methods generate incomplete verification data, the domain cannot be verified automatically.

Zoom Marketplace app using OAuth integration.

Expected Result

A valid verification token should be generated through either the meta tag method or the HTML file upload method, allowing the domain to be verified.

Actual Result

The verification token is not generated. The meta tag content is empty and the HTML file is empty.
