Title: Manual domain verification request — polri.go.id (government domain, no DNS/server access)
Hi Zoom team,
I’m submitting an app (SIKORWAS) built for an Indonesian government agency (Korwas PPNS, Bareskrim Polri). The app is hosted at korwasppns.polri.go.id, a subdomain under the root domain polri.go.id.
The build flow requires me to verify polri.go.id (the parent domain), but as the app vendor (PT Morfogenesis Teknologi Indonesia) I only have server access to the korwasppns.polri.go.id subdomain — I do not have DNS or server access to the polri.go.id root domain, which is centrally managed by a separate government IT team.
I’m able to add a TXT record, upload an HTML file, or add a meta tag on korwasppns.polri.go.id (the subdomain I actually control and host the app’s legal documents on) if that would be an acceptable alternative. Could you advise on how to proceed with manual verification for this case?
Thank you.
