Manual domain verification request (unsuccessful TXT)

Hi
We initially choose to validate by TXT
Our DevOps add requested value to Domain
We can confirm that from any host by using

dig cypago{dot}com -t TXT

But for some reason validation fails. Can you pls assist and provide more details
Why it fails? What to do to fix it if TXT value is already there on domain?
