The user integrations@vonlabs.ai originally created and submitted two Marketplace apps for review/publishing under a free account. We have since added and moved this user into our paid account as per feedback recieved, vonlabs-ai.zoom us. Following this transition, the apps no longer appear in the Developer Portal for this user.
Could you please restore access or transfer the app ownership to the paid account vonlabs-ai.zoom us?
The relevant details are as follows:
- App IDs: zoGrwnPrRc611-wzI4A4gQ, qEmdJVTzSaScp-KE1WvkYw
- Status: These apps were in the review/publishing flow. Please preserve their current review status if possible.

Since there hasn’t been any update or next steps shared yet, I tried creating the app again in the meantime. However, I’m now blocked at the Verify Domain step because the value is empty, so there’s no way to proceed.
Could we please get access back to both of our previously created apps? Those setups were already completed and would help unblock us.
