Transfer Zoom Marketplace ownership from a deactivated user

Hello,
we have a Zoom marketplace account whose owner doesn’t currently work in our company. We want to transfer the ownership to a current employee, and I have been routed from 2 different places: the security team and the IT team. The Transferring App Ownership link doesn’t work for us as the current owner is deactivated.

Can I please get help to continue using the marketplace app for our clients? I would like to transfer it over to my name for now.
