Request to recover ownership/access to Marketplace app created under terminated account

Hello Zoom Marketplace Team,

I need help recovering access to a Zoom Marketplace app that I previously created and published under a different Zoom account.

Unfortunately, I accidentally terminated the Zoom account that originally owned this app. As a result, I lost access to the Marketplace app and can no longer manage or view it from the Developer Dashboard.

This app was created by me for the same product/integration that I am currently continuing to maintain under a new Zoom account.

I am not requesting to republish the app or create a duplicate listing. I only want to know whether it is possible to recover access to the existing app, or restore/transfer the ownership rights to my current account.

If recovery or transfer is possible, I am ready to provide any verification details you need, including:

  • old account email address

  • current account email address

  • app name

  • Marketplace app link

  • company or product website

  • any other ownership verification information

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the correct process for recovering or transferring access to this app.
