Marketplace apps: Asked to update zoom after oauth although already up-to-date

Description
I was following the steps from the Zoom Apps Developer BETA v0.3.0 doc to create a zoom app.

After successful authentication and deeplinking to zoom (from ), I was prompted to update the zoom app, however, my app is already update-to-date.

Error
Update required
Please update to the latest version of Zoom and try again.

After clicking the update button
You are up to date.
You are on the latest version 5.4.9 (59931.0110)

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up the za-reference app
2. In the “local test” tab of zoom developer marketplace, click “install”
3. Authorize the app
4. It redirects to my local ngrok server, which then redirects to the zoom deeplink to open the zoom app
5. It prompts me to update the zoom app
