Description
We are planning a commercial B2B AI facilitator and meeting-notes application, to be distributed as an Unlisted Zoom Marketplace app.

The intended flow is:

  1. An end user authorizes our OAuth app.
  2. When that authorized user is already present in a Zoom meeting, our named AI facilitator bot joins the same meeting through the Linux Meeting SDK with an OBF token.
  3. The bot is visible to participants, posts a chat notice on joining, and provides meeting facilitation and meeting notes.
  4. The session is tied to the OBF-authorizing user’s presence. It does not use anonymous joining or continue after that user leaves.

We understand the OBF FAQ describes OBF tokens as the authorization method for automated participants such as note-taking apps. However, some Meeting SDK policy documentation directs bots and AI note-taking use cases to RTMS.

Question
For a new commercial Unlisted Marketplace app, is the Meeting SDK + OBF flow described above eligible for Marketplace review and approval? Or is RTMS the required path for this use case?

If Meeting SDK + OBF can be reviewed, are there additional requirements that we should include in the technical design or test plan beyond clearly calling out the bot participant flow?

We are seeking policy and review guidance before submitting the completed app.
