Master account call logs API error: Zoom Phone has not been enabled for this account

Hi there,

We are having issue to retrieve call log data from master account phone API.

The Oauth authentication was working, when we tried to call, got this error: Zoom Phone has not been enabled for this account.

We created support request, were re-directed to here. From support team:
Upon review of your account, Zoom Phone seems to be available, so we would not expect trouble pulling call logs from the account as long as the credentials being used are valid.

We tried API connection with the Oauth credentials, the connection was able to established successfully.

Please help!
