Master API adding audio access token

Hello,

I am attempting to make a POST request to the Zoom phone adding an audio Master API, “Add an audio item for text-to-speech conversion” found on the Zoom Phone Master API docs. However, I get the following error: Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[phone:write:audio:master]. I am an admin on the account, the app 100% contains the scope phone:write:audio:master and I have tried removing it and adding it back, so I am not sure what could be the problem.

Hi @emily.garner , with the scope applied, can you please try uninstalling and re-installing the app locally, generating a new access token and calling the API endpoint?

I have already tried this and it is still not working.
