Meeting-ending event not working

I am using following two events.

Recording Completed - Recording Events - Webhook Reference - API Reference

and

Meeting Ended - Meeting Events - Webhook Reference - API Reference

The first one “recording-completed” gets triggered but the second one ''meeting-ending" does not.

I have added required scopes but still 'meeting-ending" is not triggering when meeting ends.

Please help.
I am using 1.7.7. Web SDK.

Please check your Webhook logs to see if the Meeting Ended webhook are being sent.

There are no Meeting ended webhook sent. No such event sent.
