"Meeting Status Changed to : 6 with iResult: 23" i.e Meeting status failed because MEETING_FAIL_ENFORCE_LOGIN

Getting the following exception in zoom windows SDK logs while joining a meeting:
Meeting Status Changed to : 6 with iResult: 23 which means the meeting failed because of
MEETING_FAIL_ENFORCE_LOGIN.
I am using windows zoom SDK version v5.9.1.2601

I want to understand

  1. What does this error mean and when does this occur.
  2. On searching windows sdk zoom documentation this error description says “Webinar request to login.”
    I wanted to know if this error is particularly related to webinar . Also the meeting for which this occured
    was a 1:1 not a webinar.
