Missed call event triggered when the call is ringing

We have a handling based on the missed event ( phone.callee_missed ) from Zoom. However, the customer reported that Missed call handling was executed while the call was ringing on the Zoom Phone.

Ideally, we expect the Zoom events should replicate the behavior of the call state on the Zoom Phone.

Could you please check the root cause of the issue and streamline the events flow.?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

*1. Configure webhook for phone.callee_missed event *
*2. Make an inbound call to the user and do not answer the call on the Zoom phone
