Hello Zoom Developer Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with missing scopes for the Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) API in a Server-to-Server OAuth App.
The situation is identical to the one described in the following forum thread: https://devforum.zoom.us/t/zra-api-missing-scopes-to-get-conversations/134317
I have reviewed the above thread and other resources, and have confirmed that the necessary roles and ZRA account licenses are assigned, but the problem persists. Therefore, I am posting this request.
Details:
-
App Type: Server-to-Server OAuth App.
-
Account Status: Our app is created under an Administrator account, and we have confirmed we have ZRA account registration/setup completed.
-
Missing Scopes: The following Conversation Read scopes related to ZRA are not available for selection in the app’s scope list:
1 Get conversation information**
endpoint :** /zra/conversations/{conversationId}* *
Granular Scopes:
zra:read:conversations:admin,zra:read:conversations2 Get conversation content analysis**
endpoint :** /zra/conversations/{conversationId}/content_analysis
Granular Scopes:zra:read:conversation_analysis,zra:read:conversation_analysis:admin**3** Get conversation interactions
endpoint: /zra/conversations/{conversationId}/interactions
Granular Scopes:zra:read:conversation_participants,zra:read:conversation_participants:admin4 List conversations
endpoint: /zra/conversations
Granular Scopes:zra:read:list_conversations,zra:read:list_conversations:admin
I understand from the linked thread that a ZRA license might be required on the user/account to see these scopes, even for a Server-to-Server app created by an admin.
Request:
Could you please confirm the exact prerequisites (e.g., specific ZRA license type, admin role permissions) needed on the Admin’s account or the overall Zoom account configuration to make these ZRA Conversation read scopes appear and be selectable in a Server-to-Server OAuth App?
Thank you for your assistance.
