Missing `download_url` under recording_files in recording.completed webhook

Description
We received a recording.completed webhook with a list of recording files but the files were missing the expected download_url field but had file_path instead. Alternatively, when calling the API endpoint to get the meeting’s recordings, the same bad data is returned. The webhook tracking id was Webhook_8afd1aed4595493ab7b68a6ceca2f462
