Missing features for recording

We have integrated our Angular JS based application using Web SDK. We see the recording button but 2 features are missing:

1. Recording on local machine option doesn’t appear

2. We start and stop recording but unable to find a button for pause recording

Please advise if these features are available in WebSDK.

Only cloud recording is supported on the Web SDK.

Can you send a screenshot of this issue? You should be able to stop the recording.

Thanks Tommy for your reply. We are able to start and stop the recording but we don’t see button for pausing the recording on our application integrated using web SDK. Please advice if Pause recording is supported.

Pausing the recording is not supported on the Web SDK:

You can only start and stop the recording.
