Hi Team,

We are using zoom meeting cancellation webhook events to mark meetings canceled at our end if meeting canceled from email.
We are seeing cases where either webhook receiving with delay or do not receive at all.

How to overcome this issue as it is affecting our functionality.

Please help with this request.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Register for the meeting using Meeting API
  2. Cancel meeting from email received for meeting registration confirmation
  3. Re-register to the meeting from cancellation response page button
  4. Again cancel booking from confirmation email
  5. After 2 or 3 such attempts webhook stoped receiving.
