My friends hear themselves when I share screen with sound

I wear headphones with mic and share my screen with the computer sound on.
My friends hear my computer sound clearly.
But when they say something, they hear it themselves with a little delay.
My own voice has no echo and I don’t hear the echo from other members too.

Now I have Dynabook P1C5MDBL and I didn’t have such a problem with my Lenovo computer earlier. It seems the problem is that my computer shares all the sound including the Zoom sound, so they hear themselves after they say something.
Maybe there are any tips to solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance.
