Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. You’re correct, currently the Web SDK is not responsive and we don’t have functionality that will allow you to customize it. We do have it on our roadmap to add this in the future though.

For now, you may want to adjust the CSS running on the page to resolve any conflicts with the Web SDK. As you develop, you can use our Sample Web App as a reference for testing.
