My zoom app is suspended, how to fix it

My Zoom app has been suspended. Where can I find the reason and solution? I went to the app management backend but didn’t see any announcement.

I received an email about the suspension of the app, but it didn’t explain how to fix it. I contacted integration.testers@zoom.us, but haven’t received a response yet. I received an email on the 20th, and the app will be completely offline after 14 days. Time is tight, so I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.
