Need API to control camera presets of the camera connected with the zoom application.

Hi Team,

we are from extron and we integrate zoom application with our control systems to control from our user interface using third party API control of zoom.

and we didn’t receive API’s to control camera presets in the last release of API, can you please update that when can we expect the API to control camera preset, because we have provided our control solution to VMware and they need this feature in their system, since it is a standard of them.

Yes this is related to zoom rooms and in a zoom controller like an iPad application we are able to recall the presets of connected camera, but API is not available to control from a third party control system in zoom room.

No one have mentioned that it will be available, since there was no command available to control camera preset, wanted to check that whether will it be available in the next release of API.

Can we get API to control camera presets in future updates, if yes any expected timeline to receive that?
