With the new changes to the meeting settings and password requirements on 22nd September – are there any API changes that we need to make?

We create users and meetings via the API, and do not want the existing and new users to enter a password to enter existing or future meetings.

Please help clarify, thanks.

Hi @adith.g2,

There no changes needed on your end when it comes to the API, you can still use force_pmi_jbh_password field. We will add additional enhancement fields to require password for scheduled meetings, scheduled new meetings, instant meetings, pmi meetings[1].

If you do not want users to enter password you will have the option to disable this within Zoom web portal as well.
