Upcoming Password Change: Impact to API

Description
Zoom is releasing a feature on Sept 27, 2020 to enable passwords or waiting required. If the setting “Require a passcode when scheduling new meetings” is enabled and new meetings are created via API without a password, will the API request get rejected (e.g. no meeting is created) or will the meeting be created without a password set?
