Not able to create zoom interview with a particular id

Hey team,
We have integrated zoom to our platform and is working as expected.
But with this particular id: contact@myyogateacher.com, we are not able to create any event.
When we integrate with different id in the same account it works but only this id is allowing to create any event!

Can you please help us out in this ?

Could I ask you how are you making the request? are you doing this via API?

Yes we are calling zoom via api
The issue is with only this particular id and not with others.
Can you please check what is the issue with this id?
As for the same account if I integrate zoom with any other id it works!
