We are a software company which provides software services to educational institutions. We have integrated Zoom’s Meeting Web SDK in our software so that our clients can use their paid zoom account to host meetings with students but the issue is that when our clients start the meeting and provide access to students through our software - the students receive only 360p video.
We have enabled HD options from Zoom Account
The Options we have enabled are
1) For account management level, please go to:
Login to web portal > account management > account settings > meetings tab > Meeting-HD video quality > toggle on (once toggled on, it will on default for 720P quality)
2) For personal setting level, please go to:
Login to web portal > settings > meetings tab > Meeting-HD video quality > toggle on (once toggled on, it will on default for 720P quality)
But still only 360p resolution is coming at attendee’s end through Zoom Meeting Web SDK. Can someone provide a solution for the above issue so that students can receive 720p quality.
