Are you using the Production URL for your event subscription (versus the Development URL)? Have you checked the Verification Token matches? Have you opened Zoom Marketplace and viewed the Webhook Logs for your app (if they are being generated, they will display in that list).

Thank you for responding. Yes we are using the Production URL. We are not getting a call so we are not getting a Verification token to check. The Webhook Logs are empty.
