How can a OAuth user start a zoom meeting with mobile zoom SDK?

Error
MobileRTCMeetError’ is not a member type of ‘MobileRTC’

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
It is OAuth application

Which Endpoint/s?
startMeetingWithDictionary

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create OAuth and SDK application
2. Login with OAuth and then create a meeting using APIs
3. Start the meeting with MobileRTC with dictionary of valid keys
4. Then its not a mobilertc user error shown
