It is always frustrating whenever people message us or leave a message whenever we are already OFF SHIFT. Being in a Global company setting, the respect for boundaries is slowly deteriorating and is impacting (my personal time). My team has resorted to using the OUT OF OFFICE status however, this creates a different confusion where people think they are actually OOO but they are actually just OFF SHIFT. They said they use this status to discourage people from reaching out during their off hours (non-business hours).
Describe the solution you’d like
Is there a way where we can create a NEW STATUS that says OFF SHIFT? It would be nice also to put a warning on the sender that the person they are sending the message to is OFF SHIFT / OFF HOURS - so expect delays in response. Similar to this other request.
