I created and was working on a Zoom app and had gone through the approval process and gotten it approved. It was working correctly except for one of the scopes, so I was troubleshooting that. In order to troubleshoot it, I needed a Zoom business account.
I had my co-founder upgrade his Zoom Pro to a Zoom Business account and add me to it. When I was added to his account, I believe it orphaned our Zoom app. I checked both my account and his account in the Marketplace, and neither of us has the app showing under Apps that we’ve created.
I tried to disconnect my account from his to see if they would pop back up, but it hasn’t. I reconnected, so I’m currently under his account.
Are you guys able to find the orphaned app and apply it back to me?
I found issue 122592 (app-missing-after-joining-a-pro-account), which sounds like exactly the same issue I’m having.
