Participants Can't Use Gallery View

I am using Video SDK app on BuddyBoss Platform. When my attendees join the group from our BuddyBoss platform, they cannot view gallery view.

If you start a session using the sample application and invite those on the BuddyBoss Platform to join, are they running into the same issue?

Hi,
we’re facing the same issue with video SDK and BuddyBoss.
Any updates on this one? Maybe we need to add an specific scope?
