Partner with HIYA to better identify SPAM phone calls

After switching from RingCentral, we’ve noticed a sizeable uptick in SPAM calls getting through. It would be great if you were to partner with HIYA (or others) to integrate SPAM call identification in the phone system at the back office level so that it’s not device dependent.

This way if HIYA (or other) identifies a SPAM RISK call, we could choose via a phone system setting to send it to voicemail or play a message and hang up.
