Zoom Phone: Call Handling for Shared Line Group / Call Que

In my roll in IT, we use a Shared Line Group for our helpdesk line, which I only answer while I’m in my office, but is often disruptive to have it ring on my mobile device while I’m in a classroom or office providing support.

Describe the solution you’d like

I would like the option to configure call handling for Share Line Group and/or Call Ques separate for normal calls. In particular, I want shared line groups and call ques to ring on my desk phone but not on my mobile or desktop apps.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered

My current recourse is to manually toggle SLG/CQ ringing when I’m in the office but this is clunky and easy to forget to re-enable, or to change the ring tone of SLG/CQ calls, but “silent” is not an option in the Zoom Mobile app (but is an option on the desk phone).
